What will you do at our company?
- Execute sales activity with installers and integrators in Spain
- Create strategies to develop current partners and bring new partners
- Cooperate with partners on projects for end customers
- Negotiate with partners and distributors to sell our products
- Train our partners to bring more business
- Attend expositions and fairs
- Analyse business and market trends and report internally
- Play an active role in creating business strategy for the country
- Attrack new architects, engineering companies and developers
- Present product portfolio and represent 2N brand
- Cooperate on product marketing
What do you need to work at the position?
- Strong inner motivation and the desire to achieve goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Capability to interact with C-level decision makers
- Experience in the area of security, mainly in access control
- Be able to design the proposal, select the most suitable products, interconnect/integrate them, highlight their benefits, in order to offer best solution to the customer
- Willingness to travel (domestically and internationally)
- Excellent command of Spanish (native speaker)
- Medium-high knowledge of English for communication with colleagues in Prague and other countries
- Used to work in a distribution channel network
- Nice to have: Catalonian Language is a plus; Technical background; Experience in intercom solutions and electrical market is an advantage; High school or university degree in technical areas is an advantage; Knowledge of another world language is welcomed
