Hello,
my name is Julio Castillo and I joint 2N in 2019. At first as Business Developer Manager and now as Country Manager I am responsible for the Spanish team made up of three Account Managers, one Prescription Manager and one Technical Manager. We enjoy working with technology and selling our IP based Intercoms and Access Control devices.

Currently, I am looking for Area Account Manager that will help to drive the business in Spain and should be preferably based in Barcelona area. We offer chance to work with products which are one of the best and of the highest quality in their field and develop business with the most important integrators and installers in selected area. I’m looking for a professional who is experienced working with integrators, mainly from Security market.

What will you do at our company?

  • Execute sales activity with installers and integrators in Spain
  • Create strategies to develop current partners and bring new partners
  • Cooperate with partners on projects for end customers
  • Negotiate with partners and distributors to sell our products
  • Train our partners to bring more business
  • Attend expositions and fairs
  • Analyse business and market trends and report internally
  • Play an active role in creating business strategy for the country
  • Attrack new architects, engineering companies and developers
  • Present product portfolio and represent 2N brand
  • Cooperate on product marketing

What do you need to work at the position?

  • Strong inner motivation and the desire to achieve goals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Capability to interact with C-level decision makers
  • Experience in the area of security, mainly in access control
  • Be able to design the proposal, select the most suitable products, interconnect/integrate them, highlight their benefits, in order to offer best solution to the customer
  • Willingness to travel (domestically and internationally)
  • Excellent command of Spanish (native speaker)
  • Medium-high knowledge of English for communication with colleagues in Prague and other countries
  • Used to work in a distribution channel network
  • Nice to have: Catalonian Language is a plus; Technical background; Experience in intercom solutions and electrical market is an advantage; High school or university degree in technical areas is an advantage; Knowledge of another world language is welcomed
