Making a claim or requesting repair of a 2N product has never been simpler. Please follow the steps below.

Product purchased from a partner

If you have purchased the 2N product from one of our partners, please approach them direct with any claim for warranty or post-warranty servicing.

Product purchased from 2N

2N provides warranty and post-warranty servicing and repairs of all the products purchased direct from our company. In order to carry out the repair quickly and to the highest quality we always need to know the information necessary to do so. Without it we shall not be able to accept your service request.

We therefore kindly ask you to get ready
with the following in advance:

  • The type and name of the item
  • The serial number of the product
  • The number of the sales document
  • As accurate description of the problem as possible

Request warranty or post-warranty servicing

If the ITEMS ARE CHECKED by our technical support before sending to 2N, administrative costs will not be charged in case of non fault found.
If the ITEMS ARE NOT CHECKED by our technical support before sending to 2N, adminstrative costs will be charged in case of non fault found.
