2N provides warranty and post-warranty servicing and repairs of all the products purchased direct from our company. In order to carry out the repair quickly and to the highest quality we always need to know the information necessary to do so. Without it we shall not be able to accept your service request.
We therefore kindly ask you to get ready
with the following in advance:
- The type and name of the item
- The serial number of the product
- The number of the sales document
- As accurate description of the problem as possible
