Warranty & Post-Warranty Repair

2N provides warranty and post-warranty repairs of all products purchased from our company or 2N distributors. For a speedy and efficient fulfillment of your request, we need to know the necessary information below. Without this data, we are unable to accept your service request.

Prior to contacting us, please prepare:

  • Name and type of the product
  • Product serial number
  • Number of the purchase document
  • As precise a description of the problem as possible 
In case of a repair after your warranty elapsed, please contact 2N distributors authorized to service our products.

Request for warranty or post-warranty service

Request a warranty or post-warranty service via the Technical Support Portal and take an advantage of remote products check-up by 2N Technical Support. If you don’t use this option and no product fault is detected, you will be charged the incurred costs. Download, please, a repair list and then, duly completed, include it in a new ticket created on support.2n.cz portal.
