2N Telekomunikace’s Statement on the Current Situation Regarding COVID-19

The health of 2N’s employees, clients, and business partners is our primary concern. With the spread of the virus outside China, the situation has become very serious, especially in Europe, and we are monitoring things very carefully across the globe and following the recommendations of the WHO (World Health Organization).

The company has adopted new travel restrictions for the safety of its employees and clients. All international travel will be limited to business-critical situations only, when virtual methods are insufficient. 2Ners are encouraged to hold meetings virtually. 2N is also cancelling its participation in all of the global events that were coming up in the near future.

The company took several immediate steps to avoid disruption to production and the transport of supplies to our clients. Although the current situation is still developing, we are working in a special mode to respond to every request from our customers all over the world. Besides production, we are also carefully monitoring the changing situation for logistics worldwide. So far, we are pleased to say that we have been able to secure all of the transportation required. Our stocks are filling regularly and the distribution of our products continues without any limitation.
However, depending on how the situation develops, there is a possibility that some requests from partners will take slightly longer than normal to fulfil. If so, please be patient with us, and be reassured that we are working round the clock to ensure that our business continues to operate as normally as is possible in the circumstances.

Michal Kratochvíl, CEO of 2N Telekomunikace, said: “Currently, we are in a very extreme situation which has been very challenging for everyone. We, all members of the 2N family, are doing our best in these tough times and are giving 100% so that you, our partners, as well as your customers, don‘t experience any complications with the supplies of our products or our service support. We are obviously not able to solve the health problems caused by the coronavirus, but we have a social responsibility to maintain economic activities in our region and we will do everything in our power to ensure this. Act as one and we will come through these difficult times.”
