Hello,
My name is Tomáš Klíma and I have been with 2N since 2008. I started as Account Manager responsible for international business and I worked my way up through a position of Regional Sales Director leading several sales representatives responsible for extensive foreign region, to a position of Distribution Sales Director which is a part of company’s top management. Now, I am looking for an experienced Account Manager, who will be responsible for establishing cooperation with strategic partners on a global level. The new AM should be a professional who is able to find the right people, check the possibilities and reasonability of the cooperation and make potential partners interested enough to establish cooperation with us.Ideally this person should be located in UK or Benelux.

What will you do at our company?

  • Verify the global potential and interest in the cooperation of selected partners
  • Prepare value proposition
  • Build relationships with customers, proactively participate in networking
  • Drive brand awareness and mindshare of 2N within entrusted partners
  • Transfer acquired global partners to individual Area Account Managers at 2N
  • Develope and maintain great relationships with existing partners on a global level

What do you need to work at the position?

  • Excellent command of English
  • Experience in international sales in the area of telco, access control or physical security
  • Above-standard negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to establish long term relationship with customer from the very beginning
  • Independence, reliability, responsibility, self-motivation
  • Ability to communicate politely and effectively with customers as well as with colleagues
  • Experience in working with headquarters of multinational companies, knowledge of other foreign languages and technical background is appreciated
