The difference between the SMS and Voice CallBack functions lies only in their activation.* The SMS CallBack is activated by an SMS message sent to the company Gateway.

*The Voice Callback is activated just by one ring from the person who wishes to be contacted. The CallBack feature is mostly utilized in companies whose staff are in the field or abroad very often. It's very costly to make telephone calls from abroad to the company even to mobile phones. The CallBack offers you a solution that a colleague of yours can be contacted automatically from the company after sending a single SMS or giving just a single ring.

Another smart application of the CallBack function is the use in the field. You can settle tariff rates for incoming calls only for your employees in the field to restrict their mobile costs to SMS only. Thanks to the CallBack system, you can gain a 100% control of telephone bills since all costs are on the company PRI Gateway SIM card account.
