Over voltage protection is an ideal safety item for very effective and demanding symmetric protection of electronic components against over voltage surge
- Protection of analog and digital telecommunication equipment
- Quick response, permanent 230V resistance
- High resistance with low residual voltage
- Easy assembly
- Modular and easy replacement concept
- DIN latch mounting option
- Two and three level solutions
2N - Safe construction modules
2N Safe is an ideal construction item for a very effective and demanding symmetric protection of electronic components against impulse over voltage. Each Safe module secures 1 pair of leads.
Types of Save modules
Safe2
A two-level symmetric protection against impulse over voltage.
Safe 3
A highly effective symmetric three-level protection against impulse over voltage with a reaction time of 1 ns and very low residual voltage behind the protection.
Safe 3+
A very effective symmetric three-level protection against impulse over voltage with a reaction time of 1 ns, very low residual voltage behind the protection and permanent resistance against 230V.
Safe PCM (secures 1 pair of leads)
A quick and very effective three-level protection against impulse over voltage on 1 pair of 2MBps PCM lines with extremely low residual voltage behind the protection.
Safe ISDN (secures 1 pair of leads)
A quick and very effective three-level protection against impulse over voltage on 1 pair of 2MBps ISDN lines with very low residual voltage behind the protection.
Extend-able multi-line protection
A modular and highly effective surface-mounted protection for up to 10 telephone lines. Thanks to its modular construction you can use a different type of protection for each pair of lines and replace the protection unit easily and quickly in the event of damage. A DIN latch can be used instead of a metal distribution board.
Metal distribution board
A metal distribution board for up to 5 modules (up to 10 telephone lines) designed for surface mounting. The distribution board can be equipped with 5 modules according to your choice.
Holder for 2 Safe modules
A holder can be placed into the metal distribution box for two Safe modules. The holder is equipped with two screwing clamps.
Types of multi-line protection modules
Module A
A complete two-level and symmetric protection for 2 telephone lines.
Module A+
A complete two-level and symmetric protection for 2 telephone lines with increased earthing current.
Module D
A HF filter protecting 2 telephone lines against disturbance in the range of long and medium waves. It is applied behind the protection module.
PCM Module
A quick and very effective three-level protection against impulse over voltage on 2 pairs of 2MBps PCM lines with extremely low residual voltage behind the protection.
ISND Module
A quick and highly effective three-level protection against impulse over voltage on 2 pairs of 2MBps ISDN lines with extremely low residual voltage behind the protection.
