2N Technical training courses
Basic Technical Training
Basic Technical Training provides fundamental technical information on the 2N product. The purpose of the training is to teach you how to install the 2N product and set up the basic features. This type of training is provided remotely using our audio-video conference tool.
Before the training starts, you should have:
- Already studied the 2N Product Manual and Video Tutorial (click here to download the applicable Product Manual and available Video Tutorial)
- Passed the 2N product entrance test (4 basic questions)
- The 2N product, for which training is required, physically sat on your desk
Basic Technical Training gives you a certificate permitting you to install the product and set up the basic features. The certificate validity is 12 months from the date of issue.

Advanced Technical Training
Advanced Technical Training consists of further product information including descriptions of specific features. A person who has undergone advanced training should be able to install the device and set up its advanced features, such as 2N® Mobility Extension, etc. Advanced Technical Training is carried out either via virtual communication, or through (attendance-based) training sessions in Prague, Czech Republic, administered by 2N TELEKOMUNIKACE a.s.
Before the training starts, you should have:
- Already studied the 2N Product Manual and Video Tutorial (click here to download the applicable Product Manual and available Video Tutorial)
- Passed the 2N product entrance test (4 more difficult questions)
- The 2N product, for which training is required, physically sat on your desk
Advanced Technical Training gives you the advanced certificate, enabling you to install the product and set up the basic features, plus special installation requirements and features. The certificate validity is 12 months from the date of issue.

Master Technical Training
Master Technical Training is aimed at the specialist technician. This level allows the trained person to train other technicians at the basic and advanced levels. It is mandatory to have passed the advanced level to attempt the master level. Master Technical Training is only provided in the form of actual (attendance-based) training sessions in Prague, Czech Republic; administered by 2N TELEKOMUNIKACE a.s.
Before the training starts, you should have:
- already studied the 2N Product Manual and Video Tutorial (click here to download the applicable Product Manual and available Video Tutorial)
- passed the 2N product entrance test (4 specific questions)
- your own notebook with USB <-> RS232 convertor
- a LAN cable
Master Technical Training gives you the master certificate, permitting you to install the product and set up the basic features plus special installation requirements, and allows you to train other technicians to the basic and advanced levels. The certificate validity is 12 months from the date of issue.

Certificate renewal
If your certificate is close to its expiry date or has already expired, you need to undergo the 2N refresher technical training in order to renew your certificate.
