The 2N® NetStar Operator is software intended for your operator or receptionist. They can monitor incoming calls on a user-friendly console, queue them up and forward them to the required employees. Naturally the software provides super support for working outside the office, video calls or synchronisation with MS Outlook.

Work from home or anywhere in the world
The 2N® NetStar Communicator operates either as a CTI application or a software SIP phone. You can see contacts on it as well as the status of all your colleagues, who you can call at the click of a mouse and send them short messages or SMS messages. You can also access telephone directories or call histories.
2N NetStar Assistant
Work effectively with your user account
The 2N® NetStar Assistant is a personal user interface for every 2N® NetStar user. You can monitor the history of your calls in a clear web environment as well as set user profiles and/or send and receive SMS messages. If a 2N® NetStar is used as a hotel communication system, then hotel services can also form part of the 2N® NetStar Assistant.

Easy calling within the company using short-code dialling, forwarding calls and changing profiles – it will all become second nature. Thanks to the integrated CallBack service, you will also reduce costs on calls when travelling abroad.
